Unisport is a B2B-distributor of sports equipment with nearly 100 years of history, working towards municipalities and businesses across Sweden. With 60% of their revenue for sport equipment coming from framework agreements, digital efficiency has become crucial to their growth.
The challenge
Unisport faced some challenges in their digital transformation, moving from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision (NAV) to Business Central (BC). They struggled to implement a Peppol integration for almost two years and needed a robust EDI solution to meet municipal procurement requirements.

"We went from zero to smoothly processing about half of our orders through EDI," Mossheden said. "Now we can onboard new customers incredibly easily. We don't have to reinvent the wheel each time."
